DURIAN MEAT WILL COME WITH BEAUTIFUL YELLOW, HANDFUL SIZE, SMALL WITHERED SEEDS AND MOUTHWATERING AROMA.

RAW MATERIAL QUALITY CHECK

THIS STEP IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. THE SELECTED STANDARD DURIAN MEAT MUST BE MEASURED SWEETNESS LEVEL. DURIAN MEAT THAT PASSED THE CRITERION MUST ACHIEVE THE SET VALUE TO GET CONSISTENTLY DELICIOUS AND GOOD PRODUCT QUALITY.

PREPARATION OF DURIAN MEAT

AFTER SWEETNESS LEVEL HAS BEEN SCREENED, “FRESH DURIAN KIDNEYS” WILL BE TAKEN SINCE IT IS STIFF AND CANNOT CONSUME. THEN WE WILL TRIM DURIAN MEAT WITHOUT SEED AND DURIAN WEIGHT WILL DISAPPEAR FROM THIS STAGE FOR UP TO 30% RIGHT AWAY.

PRODUCT FORMING PROCESS

STARTING FROM FRESH DURIAN MEAT THAT PASSED THE CRITERION WILL BE PASSED TO FORMING PREPARATORY MACHINE TO BLEND IT AND GET HOMOGENEOUS TEXTURE, THEN DURIAN MEAT WILL BE PASSED TO FILTER PROCESS AGAIN TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION. WHEN WE GET THE EVENLY TEXTURED DURIAN, WE WILL FEED IT TO FORMING MACHINE TO GET THE BEAUTIFUL DURIAN PRODUCT ONCE AGAIN.

HYPER RAPID FREEZING (HRF)

HRF IS THE HEART OF MANUFACTURING PROCESS TO MAINTAIN PRODUCT QUALITY TO BE FRESH, NEW, DELICIOUS WITHOUT ANY CHANGE IN TASTE. WE HAVE DEVELOPED PRODUCTION PROCESS BY USING THE BEST TECHNOLOGY AND NO CHEMICAL ADDITIVE TO BE USED AT ALL. DURIAN MEAT THAT HAS UNDERGONE THIS PROCESS WILL BRING DOWN TEMPERATURE RAPIDLY AS WE USE FROZEN TEMPERATURE AT LOWER THAN -190C RESULTING IN HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS THAT CAN PRESERVE NATURAL QUALIFICATION AT ALMOST 100%.
